Call the office to speak with our friendly receptionists who will help you schedule your initial visit.

Insurance

We are not a participating dentist with any insurance companies, but most insurance plans will allow patients to seek treatment outside of a designated network. For any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office and our staff will assist you. As a courtesy to our patients, we submit treatment forms on your behalf and assist in maximizing allowable yearly benefits.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Our office will confirm all appointments by phone beginning 48 hours before this date. For us to be efficient with your time and our schedule it's important that you return this call acknowledging your appointment. We will respect your wishes as to the most convenient number to make this call.

financial policy

For patients with insurance, we will submit treatment forms on your behalf. Any remaining balance will be your responsibility and due within 30 days of completion. For more complex treatment plans, our office will determine insurance benefits prior to treatment so the patient is aware of their financial investment. For dental plans that send payments directly to the patient, we ask that you sign the insurance check and forward to our office.

For patients without dental insurance, payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We do accept cash, checks, and major credit cards . For more complex cases we offer in-office financing along with 12-month interest-free financing through CareCredit.

We will always work with our patients so you can have access to the best treatment available and will assist in making this financially acceptable.
